and your message. Cookie data may also be collected (see item 7).

3. Purpose & legal basis: to respond to your enquiry and prepare a
proposal (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a))
for further marketing communication.

4. Retention: kept for the duration of our discussion and 12 months
after the last contact if no cooperation follows. Invoicing data for
completed projects is kept for 10 years as required by Czech accounting
and VAT law.

5. Recipients: not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
The website runs on Tilda Publishing, acting as processor — see

6. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction,
portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time
